11. Requiring proof of ID to withdraw a deposit having never played
12. Ridiculous levels of proof of ID required to withdraw (a clear photocopy of passport and recent utility bill should suffice.) Many casinos require notarised documents to be sent by post, for others it takes a dozen attempts before they recognise the emailed documents, etc
