Online Casino in USA Blacklist
There are thousands of online casinos out there. While there are some very good and honest casinos and casino chains, there are more that you should steer very well clear of.
So what sort of things can get a casino blacklisted by us?
- Non-responsive customer service
- Confiscating funds due to overly vague “bonus abuse” reasons
- Unethical marketing practices (a.o. SPAM emails, text messages, phone calls, etc)
- Having Malware in their download software
- Impossibly high wagering requirements
- Wagering requirements that never recede
- Bonuses remaining active despite a zero balance
- Using rigged software
- Illegally distributing players personal details
- Not paying deposit bonuses
- Requiring proof of ID to withdraw a deposit having never played
- Ridiculous levels of proof of ID required to withdraw (a clear photocopy of passport and recent utility bill should suffice.) Many casinos require notarised documents to be sent by post, for others it takes a dozen attempts before they recognise the emailed documents, etc
- Taking many months to pay players out their winnings
- Vague terms and conditions
- Barefaced lies
- Refusing to pay out with no reason given
- Using a different RNG (Random Number Generator) in practice mode to that in real money mode
- etc
We here at Online casino in USA cannot stress this enough that you should only play at recommended casinos. The number of rogue casinos out there is staggering.
Even casinos who aim to give you a 1 or 2 week delay before paying you out are unacceptable. They are hoping that given a long enough delay, the player will get itchy feet, reverse the withdrawal and carry on playing and lose the previous winnings. This is simply not acceptable practice.
Again we are repeating ourselves from other articles but these are warnings that should be heeded strongly: And it is not just the small names that can get on our blacklist.
